Terri brings both her professional and personal experiences to Perspectives of Troy. She has coordinated a Christian Counseling program through her church, worked as a school counselor and taught at the Roeper School for Gifted Children. Terri is an active member of her church and the mother of teenage boys. She is also a stage-4-breast cancer surivor/thriver.

Terri has conducted numerous presentations and workshops including such topics as spirituality and cancer, walking meditation (prayer labyrinth), divorce recovery and educational issues related to self-esteem, social skills and giftedness. Her goal is to help others recognize and embrace their potential for wholeness. Her personal passions include both community and church related service including: coordinating a prayer ministry, mentoring cancer patients, working with disadvantaged inner-city youths, and facilitating Divorce Care recovery groups.

Terri received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her graduate degree in counseling and graduate teaching certification from Oakland University. She is a National Board Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, and a member of the American Counseling Association and American Association of Christian Counselors.
