We have a new patient portal feature available at your clinic that allows existing patients to schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments with your provider.
– Log into your portal
– Go to the Appointments Tab
– Select Schedule Appointment, Cancel, or Reschedule
– Available for appointments 48+ hours in advance
If the appointment is within 48 hours: Go to the Messages Tab to send a message to your Clinic (or call your Clinic)
Please note: this feature may not be available for all providers and appointment types.
