Biographical Information
Charles has 35 years of experience helping people improve their quality of life and increase their ability to cope with and thrive in the world. He addresses many situations including depression, anxiety, anger, fear, trauma, grief, ADHD, OCD, adjusting to new life situations, substance use, impulse-control problems, and finding more meaning in the world. Spiritual concerns are addressed if clients request. Charles works with children, adolescents, adults, older adults and couples. He sees clients in the Troy office offering daytime, evening and weekend hours. He received his master’s degree in clinical behavioral psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
